EXTRATAINMENT.COM CEO CURT ROTH SPEAKER AT SMS SERVICES AND MULTIMEDIA MESSAGING CONFERENCE
ExtraTainment.com CEO Curt Roth will be appearing at the IIR conference “Developing Enhanced SMS Services and Migrating to Multimedia Messaging” at the Selfridge Hotel in London. Roth will be speaking on the topic of “Developing an Effective Technical Migration Path from SMS to WAP-Based Multimedia Messaging”.
Roth’s segment will be held at 11.00h GMT on the 31st of October, day two of the congress.
Roth is the founder and former main shareholder of GIN (GSM Information Network), the world’s largest content aggregator for mobile networks. He sold the company to Infospace in 1999. Roth developed extensive knowledge of SMS and WAP and has now entered the area of Content Creation for Multimedia (like WAP, Internet and G3). His experience in content provisioning and aggregation goes back to 1986 when he was CEO of the first Dutch commercial Videotex network, while his experience with content delivery for mobile telecommunications started during 1994 when he founded GIN.
The SMS Services And Multimedia Messaging Conference will be held from the 30th October until the 1st of November at the Selfridge Hotel in London. The event is organized by IIR Telecoms Ltd, London.
